• Cleaning: included, but a "pre-cleaning" is required. Lack of respect for the premises may be punished via the rental deposit.
• Charges: heating, water, electricity included (on condition of responsible and reasonable consumption). Electric vehicle recharge not included in the charges first basket of wood offered in season.
• Deposit: 350 € to be paid by bank transfer at the latest one week before the date of the stay.
• The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer within 14 days of your departure if no damage and/or over-consumption has been noted.
• Tourist tax: 1€/day/person to be paid on site in cash.
• Dogs allowed (1 dog per stay) : 20€.
• Baby furniture: 1 chair and 1 bed available, on request.
